Mr. Sullivan has been practicing law in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 10 years. Mr. Sullivan has represented individuals, small businesses, large corporations and governmental entities in litigation matters during his career. Mr. Sullivan has handled many types of civil, criminal and family law litigation matters throughout his career. Mr. Sullivan has handled cases in all San Francisco Bay Area Superior Courts and before administrative agencies such as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), Department of Motor Vehicles, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), Social Security Administration, and San Francisco and Oakland Rent Boards.
Mr. Sullivan currently focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, employment, business and contract disputes, and commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation. Mr. Sullivan also has significant experience handling criminal matters including cases involving Driving Under the Influence (DUI); domestic violence; drug possession, influence, and sales; theft related offenses; and assault and battery crimes.
