DMV Negligent Operator Suspension Hearing
Recently represented a woman at a DMV Negligent Operator Suspension Hearing who was issued a suspension order by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for accumulation of to many points.
Presented oral testimony and other evidence including mitigation and argument at hearing before DMV hearing officer. DMV hearing officer withdrew the suspension and placed client on an unrestricted probationary term.
